All kits and large items are shipped by motor freight. Because shipping rates are constantly changing, we ship freight collect. This will gurantee you pay only for the actual shipping costs to your location. For kits and collector panels there
is a
$60 crating charge included in the price. Please call Customer Service 877-862-5050 if you would like an estimate of the shipping costs.
Small parts (less than 50 lbs.) are shipped UPS, freight collect. Additional Shipping Charges
Additional charges for lift-gate and residential delivery affect the total shipping amount.
Returns
Merchandise may be returned within 15 days of receipt and
must be in re-saleable condition upon arrival at our warehouse.
Purchaser is liable for shipping charges. A re-stocking charge of 15%
will be charged for returned merchandise. Please contact customer
